This stuff works! Not only does it help me get to sleep, it makes my sleep more restful. I have tried taking it for a few nights and then not taking it for few nights then resuming it and there is a noticeable difference. There is no groginess the next morning and it doesn't keep me awake if I miss the "tiredness feeling", both of which happen with melatonin. Flavor is great as well, much better than tons of other supplements out there. The owners even included a hand-written note thanking me.
