Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Primal State Wellness. Here is everything you need to know about how we get Primal Reset™ to your door.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Shipping times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment not the date of purchase.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping on all orders over $75.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii.

International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. We plan to expand to international markets in the future.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website or by logging into your account at primalstatewellness.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages Primal State Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it please contact your local carrier and then reach out to us at support@primalstatewellness.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged please photograph the damage immediately and contact us at support@primalstatewellness.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge.
